Curtis Jones, age 63, a resident of Pena Blanca, NM died Monday, July 10, 2017 after a courageous battle with leukemia.
He is survived by his wife of 23 years, Tara; children, Tanya, Jocelyn, and Justin Jones; two granddaughters, Vivian and Miranda; and other relatives and friends. Curtis was preceded in death by his grandfather, Carl; and father, Glen Jones.
Born in 1953 in Pueblo, CO, Curtis served in the United States Army during Vietnam, and the Albuquerque Police Department for ten years. He worked for Vulcan Materials for over 20 years. Curtis was a devoted husband, loving father and grandfather and will be deeply missed by all who knew him.
Cremation has taken place and a Memorial Service will be held on Saturday, July 22, 2017, at 4:00 p.m. For further information, please contact his family.
