Our aunt, Colleen Ann Lopez, was born in Stockton, IL on August 31, 1934. She spent 20 years as a Dominican nun serving in California and New Mexico. Her life changed course when she met Father Patrick Lopez - the love of her life. Theirs was a true love story blessed by God. They were together for almost 20 years until Pat's death in 1998. Colleen remained in Albuquerque until her death on September 3, 2026 - three days after her 92nd birthday.
