Clare Clement Koogler

Clare Clement Koogler, 91, born in Hillsboro, was a longtime resident of New Mexico, died at home, Sunday, June 25, 2017. He was preceded in death by his wife of 63 years, Elise Koogler. Clement is survived by his children, John C. of Brookeland, TX, William C. of Tucson, AZ, Elyse Ann Cullum of Parks, AZ; seven grandchildren, and fifteen great-grandchildren as well as other loving family members and friends. Clement graduated from UNM and received a Juris Doctor degree. He was a well-respected New Mexico attorney and judge. A private family interment will be held at Aztec Cemetery in Aztec, NM. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the La Vida Llena Foundation, 10501 Lagrima de Oro NE, Albuquerque, NM 87111.
