Chavela K. Sena-Sanchez

Chavela K. Sena-Sanchez, 39, of Albuquerque, passed away on June 24, 2016. Chavela was born July 29, 1976 in Denver, CO to LeRoy Sena and Mary Ann Johns-Sena.
Chavela graduated from Thornton High School in 1994. She met her husband and lifelong love, Pascual Sanchez, the summer of her senior year. They married in 1997. Chavela gave birth to her wonderful daughter, Isabela Sanchez, in February of 1999 and three years later, gave birth to her loving son, Isaiah Sanchez, in June of 2002.
Chavela attended college at Frontrange Community College in Colorado and Central New Mexico Community College, where she studied accounting. She was a devoted and loving mother who enjoyed spending time with her kids, just hanging out, watching movies and talking.
Chavela was preceded in death by her father, LeRoy G. Sena. She is survived by her husband, Pascual Sanchez; children, Isabela Sanchez and Isaiah Sanchez; mother, Mary Ann Johns-Sena; siblings, Anna Pacheco and husband, Ed, of Dyer, NV; Amanda Sena, Carla Romero and husband, James Cordova; Angelo Sena and Gilbert De la O. Chavela is also survived by nieces, Nicolette Haggart, Serenity Garcia and great-niece, Naomi Haggart; nephews, Michael Johns and wife Yulenni, Gary Johns, Eli Sena, Jayme Cordova and great-nephew, Emiliano Johns; as well as numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins.
Chavela was a patient, loving, kindhearted woman. Her smile could soften even the hardest of hearts and make anyone feel welcome and connected. Chavela was a rare soul who will be truly missed by family and friends.
Revelations 21:3-4: With that, I heard a loud voice from the throne say: "Look! The tent of god is with mankind, and he will reside with them, and they will be his peoples. And God himself will be with them." And he will wipe out every tear from their eyes, and death will be no more, nether will mourning nor outcry nor pain be anymore. The former things have passed away.
