Your presence, whether near or far, is deeply appreciated as we come together to celebrate his life and legacy..
Chazz was born August 18, 1974, in Denver, CO, and passed from this life on August 4, 2025, at his home.
In his youth, Chazz was known as a rambunctious yet loving child who kept his mother very busy. As he grew, he became an accomplished athlete and played many sports throughout his early life. In high school, he focused on bodybuilding and wrestling. After school, he pursued mechanics. Over the years, he became a master mechanic of motorcycles and cars. His trade fueled his passion for speed, and he was a multi-year motorcycle racing champion with the local race association SMRI. In 2012, he became a committed father to his son, Mason. He was a dedicated son and husband and married his best friend and the love of his life, Adrianna, on December 18, 2023, after a nearly 23-year friendship.
Chazz was an amazing friend to countless people and was determined to show up for anyone who needed his assistance. He was extraordinarily selfless, devoting himself to showing up for anyone who needed him, and was one people could always count on. He was always kind, courteous, and a true gentleman. He could make others laugh and smile, even in the hardest times, and his smile could brighten even the darkest days. He was known for his fun-loving personality and amazing hugs. He had strong faith, giving himself to God and Jesus, and did his best to live by their guidance.
Chazz is preceded in death by his stepfather, Ronald P. Privett, and his uncle Clayton Johnson. He is survived by his wife, Adrianna Neiderman, his son, Mason Neiderman, step-daughter Dayl Gallegos, his granddaughter Jasmine Sena, his mother, Margy Privett, his aunt Marcia Johnson, his brother Aaron Neiderman and wife Shannon, his sister Ruth Smith and husband Earl, his step-brother Joseph Chaves, and his niece Breana Smith and soon-to-be great niece Lyla Ruth, and his nephews, Kobe Smith and Brenan Neiderman, and his cousins Joy Gruell and husband, and Seth Johnson and wife, his father Carl Neiderman and family, along with many other extended family.
