Carol Fails

Carol Ann Fails, beloved mother, grandmother, sister, and friend, passed away peacefully on August 1, 2025, in Albuquerque, New Mexico. Born on August 13, 1939, in Bloomburg, Texas, Carol lived a life dedicated to her family and faith.

Carol is survived by her daughter Wilma Choice and her husband Ben of Albuquerque, New Mexico; son David Fails of Albuquerque; brother Joe Eades of DeQueen, Arkansas; and cherished nephews, Robert Eades and Sherrie of Bonham, Texas, and Kevin Eades and Dianna of Denver, Colorado. She is also survived by nine grandchildren, 14 great-grandchildren, and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends who will deeply miss her.

Preceding her in death were her husbands, Jeremiah Fails and Randy Fails, and her son Jeffrey Fails and her parents, Joseph and Wilma Eades, brother, Lonnie Ray Eades, and twin sisters. Judy and Jane Eades

Carol was known for her unwavering faith and strength as a godly woman, dedicated servant, loving mother, and grandmother. She devoted much of her life to her church community, where she taught Sunday school, sang in the choir, and served in various ministry roles, including the Advantage Ministry.

Funeral services for Carol Ann Fails will be held on August 7, 2025, at the New Covenant Worship Center, located at 4505 Ace Way SE, Rio Rancho, NM 87124. The day's schedule is as follows:

- Visitation will begin at 9:00 AM
- Funeral Service will start at 10:00 AM
- Graveside Service will take place at Sunset Memorial Park Cemetery at 12:00 PM

A reception will follow the graveside service at the New Covenant Worship Center at 1:00 PM.

Carol's family invites all who knew and loved her to join in celebrating her remarkable life and legacy. May she rest in peace, surrounded by the love and light she shared with all of us.
