Bryan Daniel LeSage

December 13, 1969 — October 10, 2019

Bryan Daniel LeSage passed away unexpectedly at his apartment in the early morning of Thursday, October 10, 2019. He was born in Prince George County, MD; and lived there until his father, Daniel LeSage died when he was a young child. His mother, who was from Albuquerque returned here where Bryan lived most of his life. He attended various public schools, including Sandia High School. He later obtained a High School Equivalency Diploma. First brought to Christ by the faithful bus ministry of the Bella Vista Baptist Church, he was later confirmed in his faith by the Rt. Rev. Terence Kelshaw, Bishop of the Episcopal Diocese of the Rio Grande and was a member of the Church of Our Saviour (Episcopal) and later the Church of Our Lord (Anglican). He was an avid student of the Bible and shared his faith and knowledge with groups of people he would meet at various MacDonald’s Restaurants. He was unpretentious, authentic, and devoted to his two children. Throughout his life he suffered a severe mental illness that never was really properly addressed; and the last fifteen (15) years of his life, he suffered from severe seizures and epilepsy that further exacerbated his mental illness. He had great artistic ability, and a number of people are fortunate enough to possess his artistic creations. Although many misunderstood his situation and pre-judged him unkindly and harshly, to really know Bryan was to love him for the deep kindness and compassion he had in his heart... His merciful Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ alone truly understood him and his struggles. Bryan is now in Paradise with Him and, by the grace of God, there He will experience the full healing, wholeness, sanctification, and ultimate glorification that only Our Lord can give any human being when Jesus comes again. “May Light Perpetual shine upon Bryan; and may his soul, by the mercy of God, ever rest in the peace of the Lord Jesus!" Preceded in death by his father, Daniel LeSage, he is survived by his mother, Teresa Dammon; his former stepfather, John Dammon; and his separated wife, Michelle Hunter LeSage. He had two children, Jessica Danielle LeSage and a son, Bryan Thomas LeSage. He is also the grandfather of his daughter’s children, Alicia LeSage, Michelle Montoya, and Brooke LeSage. Bryan also had three special friends, Danielle Jacques and her daughter Mary, Sean Gilroy, and Philip Elliott. Finally, Bryan is also survived by his adopted Dad, Rt. Rev. Harold L.. Trott, Pastor of the Church of Our Lord (Anglican).
