Brian H. Murphy

Brian H. Murphy, age 74, of Rio Rancho, NM, passed away on Monday, June 10, 2024. He was born on Wednesday, November 2, 1949, in San Fernando, CA.

Brian was a dedicated Qualifying Broker at Realty 1 New Mexico and previously had a successful career in programming and management at AT&T.

Outside of work, Brian enjoyed hunting, fishing, and lending a helping hand to those in need. He found joy in the simple things in life and always made time to pursue his hobbies.

Brian was a doting husband, loving father, and dedicated friend. He is survived by his loving wife, Doris; his children, Erin, Sean, Patrick (wife Jessica); his grandchildren, Finn and Connor; brothers, Peter and William; and sisters, Terry and Jodi. Brian's family meant everything to him, and he cherished the time spent with them.

A Ceremony to Honor and Remember Brian will be held on Saturday, June 22, 2024, at FRENCH – Rio Rancho, 1275 Unser Blvd NE. Visitation will be held at 4:00 p.m. followed by a Funeral Service at 5:00 p.m.

Brian will be deeply missed by all who knew him, but his memory will live on in the hearts of those he touched.  May he rest in peace.
