Listen to Obituary

Brian "B" Scott Irwin, 64, of Albuquerque, passed away on May 11, 2026. Born on October 14, 1961, in San Bernardino, Brian lived life the way he rode his motorcycle - fast enough to keep things interesting and always with a story to tell afterward.

Brian loved the open road, a good laugh, and most of all, his family. He was happiest on two wheels or surrounded by the people he loved most, especially his grandchildren. He had a sense of humor that could catch you off guard, an opinion about just about everything, and a way of making ordinary moments unforgettable.

He was preceded in death by his beloved wife and best friend, Robin Irwin.

Brian is survived by his daughter, Emily Renee Irwin; his son, Andrew Scott Irwin and daughter-in-law Alexus Irwin; and his beloved grandchildren, Jackson Scott Irwin and Brayden Michael Irwin.

A celebration of Brian's life will be held on Wednesday, June 24, 2026, from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM at The Corral at Ex Novo Brewing Company 4895 Corrales Rd, Corrales, NM. Where family and friends will gather to share stories, laughter, and probably a few inappropriate jokes in his honor - exactly how he would've wanted it.

Andy and Emily ask that you do as Brian would: ride your motorcycle to his celebration of life(with your kickstands up on time).

lieu of flowers, the family requests you consider donating to the Robin & Brian Irwin Sunshine Fund. This money will provide grants to families in New Mexico that are living without access to safe drinking water. Donations to the Robin & Brian Irwin Sunshine Fund can be made by going to the homepage of the Water Well Trust website, www.waterwelltrust.org, where you can click on the PayPal donate button.
