Ao Shuang "Sherry" Zhu

Sherry Zhu was 60 years, my soulmate for 22 1/2 years, best friend, great mom, passed away on February 25, 2016 to be together with her mom and dad forever. Sherry was known for being direct, hardworking leader, gave 100% to her job, and was a good friend to all. She was well traveled, United States, Mexico, Canada, Europe and China. Sherry played various harmonicas, accordian, german mouth piano and enjoyed Majong. She is survived by her husband, Danny Guajardo Sr.; son, Shan Zi; daughter-in-law, Li Xue; brothers, Zhu Hao, Zhu Tao; uncle and aunt June Phillips; nieces and nephews in Los Angeles; and special friend and coworker, Van. Sherry requested a short simple service to be held Saturday, March 5, 2016, 1:00 p.m. at FRENCH - Lomas. Friends may visit one hour prior.
