ANGELINA Zones

Angelina "Anne" Zones, age 85, a devoted mother, grandmother, godmother, aunt, and friend, passed away on August 5, 2025.

Known for her sharp wit, fierce spirit, and unwavering dedication to those she loved, Anne touched many lives with her warmth and strength. She served the Bernalillo Public Schools for 35 years, where she was a beloved presence and a passionate advocate for education. Anne deeply loved her community and proudly supported the Spartans with all her heart.

She is survived by her son, Mark Aragon, and his wife, Paola Davila Carlin; her beloved grandchildren, Janelle Casaus, Arianna Aragon, Eliseo Aragon and Saby Cortez, her great grandchildren, Malakai Casaus, Ezekiel Casaus, and Lydia Casaus. and many cherished nieces and nephews. The Aragon family also held a special place in Anne's heart and life.

A memorial service will be held on Tuesday, August 26, 2025, 10 am at French Funerals Westside Chapel.
