Amy Carolyn Baca, 67, a beloved mother, sister, aunt, and friend, passed away peacefully in her sleep on Monday, June 29th, 2026.

Amy was known for her warm heart, silly nature, and beautiful smile. She was proud to be the first college graduate in her family and built a career as a Paralegal and in Administration. A devout Catholic, Amy faithfully accompanied her late mother to St. Jude Thaddeus Church every Sunday. She enjoyed puzzles and shopping for gifts, but above all, she treasured time with her family, especially her children, who were the greatest joy of her life.

Amy is survived by her children, Amerina Baca (partner Andrei L.), Anthony Baca (partner Mallory S.), and Brianna Zachary; her former spouse, Mike Baca; her siblings, Theresa Wiley, Donna Cruz-Hammond, Ralph Cruz (wife Mary), and Joe Cruz; and her nieces and nephews, Randy Wiley, Daniel and Edward Cruz, Anya and Maya Hammond. She also leaves many cherished aunts, uncles, cousins, and dear friends.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Ralph Cruz and Frances Cruz, and her brothers-in-law, Stewart Hammond and Bobby Wiley.

Her passing leaves a profound absence in the lives of all who were blessed to know and love her. Her laughter and unwavering love for her family will never be forgotten. Amy will remain in our hearts forever and ever, and always.

A Rosary will be held on Tuesday, July 14th at 9:30 am, followed by a Mass and Celebration of Life at St. Jude Thaddeus Church in Paradise Hills. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made directly to the family. Floral tributes may be sent to the Church.
