Ammone Xaynhachack

With heavy hearts, we announce the passing of Ammone Xayachack, a beloved wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, and the cherished matriarch of our family. Ammone passed away peacefully on July 6, 2025, in Albuquerque, New Mexico, surrounded by the love of those she held most dear.

Born on March 3, 1940, in Champasak, Laos-a land rich in culture and tradition-she met and married her devoted husband, Khamtanh Xaynhachack. Together, they began building a life grounded in love, family, and resilience. They embarked on a journey from Laos to California, and later to Albuquerque, New Mexico, where they planted roots that grew into a flourishing family legacy.

Ammone was the heart of our family. She embodied strength, grace, and generosity. Her love knew no bounds-she nurtured her six children: Viengxay Kongphouthakhoun, Ki Xayachack, Ving Sayachack, Atsaphone Mingkhamsavath, Lung Xaynhachack, and Kevin Xaynhachack, and found immeasurable joy in her 18 grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.

She was renowned for her unwavering devotion to her family, her warm sense of humor, and her tireless dedication. Ammone brought people together-not just with delicious meals and laughter, but also with her wisdom, kindness, and deep commitment to Laotian traditions and Buddhist beliefs. Her life was a testament to love, and her presence was a source of comfort, guidance, and inspiration.

Ammone's legacy lives on through the strong family she built, the values she instilled, and the many lives she touched. Though our hearts ache with her passing, we take comfort in the knowledge that her spirit continues to guide us, and her memory will forever be a blessing. In honoring Ammone, we remember a woman who gave her all to her family, upheld her culture with pride, and lived a life full of love. She will be missed beyond words and loved beyond measure.
