He is survived by his wife of 58 years, Mela; 2 children, son, Ronnie Borrego (Erica), daughter, Regina Borrego Reish (Greg); grandchildren, Sheri, Cianna, Chenoa, and Niko (Jessica); and 2 great-grandsons, Elijah and Ethan Borrego.
