Alexis Alvarez

It is with profound sadness and broken hearts that we announce the passing of Alexis Alvarez, of Albuquerque, New Mexico, who left us on September 4, 2026, at the age of 15.

Alexis was a beautiful, loving, and cherished daughter, sister, granddaughter, niece, cousin, and friend. Though her life was far too short, she made a lasting impact on everyone blessed enough to know and love her.

Alexis was a generous soul with a kind and caring heart. She was always willing to help those around her and had a special way of making the people she loved feel cared for. Her family meant everything to her, and she was especially loving, helpful, and protective toward her siblings. She had an amazing sense of humor and could bring laughter and joy to those around her.

She cherished the time she spent with her family and created countless memories that will forever be treasured.

Alexis loved dancing, shopping, and spending time with her family.

The simple moments spent together were some of the moments she valued most.

She leaves behind her loving mom and dad, four siblings, her grandmother and grandfather, numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.

Alexis's absence leaves a space that can never be filled. Although her time on this earth was much too short, the love she gave, the kindness she showed, and the memories she created will live on through the people who loved her.

Her siblings will carry her love with them always, remembering the sister who cared for them, helped them, and loved them so deeply.

Alexis will never be forgotten. She will forever remain in the hearts of her family and friends, loved beyond words and missed beyond measure.

Services will be held Friday, October 2, 2026, 1:00 p.m., at the Chester T. French Memorial Mausoleum Chapel at Sunset Memorial Park, 924 Menaul Blvd. NE, with visitation beginning at 12:00 p.m. Burial will follow.
