Aaron Clark, 33, beloved Brother, Son, Grandson, Nephew, Cousin, and Friend passed away on Wednesday, May 8, 2024. He entered this world on March 2, 1991 in Albuquerque, NM, born to Maria K. Clark and step-son to Darrell S. Rickert. He is survived by his mother, Maria Clark; step-father, Darrell Rickert; older brother, Austin Clark; and younger brother, Ryan Rickert. He is also survived by a number of aunts and uncles, namely, Lisa Allard; uncle, Darin Allard; girlfriend, Leann Chavez; grandparents, Allen and Beverly Rickert; several cousins; and many many special friends. He was preceded in death by his loving grandmother, Mary E. Fairchild-Clark; his aunt, Barbara Fishgrab (Clark); and his beloved dog "Belle."
Aaron grew up in Albuquerque, NM and Los Lunas, NM. He attended elementary and grade school in Albuquerque, NM and then middle and high school in Los Lunas, NM. He graduated from Los Lunas High School in 2009 as Aaron "Danger" Clark - a great example of his great sense of humor. He also attended CNM working towards his Bachelors in Fire Science to become a Wildland Firefighter. He obtained certification in Emergency Medical Services First Responder and was certified in Hazardous Materials; Awareness and Operations. He recently became a Certified Emergency Vehicle Technician when he worked with Water Works. He then moved on to working for the City of Albuquerque as general maintenance for the two Animal Shelters. There are many incredible memories of Aaron and his accomplishments we shared or experienced on our own. He was friendly, loving and thoughtful, and most remembered by his great sense of humor, silly antics and gentle teasing. His smile was contagious.
Memorial services will be held Saturday, June 15, 2024, 9:00 a.m., at Zion City Church, 3419 NM-47, Suite B, in Los Lunas, NM 87031. A reception will follow services at the same location.
Graveside services will also be on Saturday, June 15, 2024, 12:30 p.m., at Sunset Memorial Park 924 Menaul Blvd. NE, Albuquerque, NM, where Aaron will be buried with his grandmother Mary Clark and Aunt Barbara.
